I can no longer…
DRINK:
*Coffee (that’s fine because I really don’t drink it anyway)
*Milk (that’s ok because I’m lactose intolerant although I really need it for how else can I get calcium???)
*Soda (I only drink this when I eat too much barbecue sa Larsians or Siomai sa Tisa :p)
*Iced Tea (THIS! This I can never let go! This is like my most favoritest drink in the whole wide world and my doctor tells me I can’t drink it?! C’mon!!!)
EAT:
*Oatmeal (I only ate it once and big mistake, it only made my tummy hurt more. How would I’ve known? Nobody ever told me until it made the situation worse.)
*Wheat Bread (Just when I thought I’ve finally found my diet bff… boom! I can’t eat it because it’s gas forming or something like that!)
I have such a bad, bad, baaaadddd tummy! :( But, if I think about it I’m even fortunate enough to just have this hyperacidity thingy going on and not some really serious and malignant disease (God forbid! Knock on wood!!!). So oh well, good bye iced tea and wheat bread!
